Steve Tannenbaum, President of Tannenbaum & Company, P.C., has a diverse background with over twenty-nine years of experience in tax, auditing and accounting services. He has testified as an expert witness in Federal, District and County Courts. He has evaluated commercial enterprises and actively participated in negotiations relative to business acquisition and reorganization, restructuring, and dissolution.

He has significant experience with clients engaged in manufacturing, wholesale and retail sales, construction, mortgage banking, professional practices, and, commercial and residential real estate.

Steve received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado in 1975 and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado in 1973. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Tannenbaum is the former president of Tannenbaum & Suber, P.C. and a former tax partner at Deloitte & Touche.
